Position Title: Senior Villa Stewardess – LIVE IN

Purpose: Providing highest standards of service and cleanliness for the house. Creating a home environment for the principles. Along with the head of operations, build & train a team of staff to assist in this process whilst ensuring a calm and organised household.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working closely alongside the head of operations to ensure the smooth & efficient running of the family home.

• Being guardian for the property both when vacant and occupied (to be shared equally with the Facilities person & chauffeur also living onsite). Taking called when alarm is activated and following protocols as requested.

• Must be adaptable, hands on and prepared to multi-task in all areas.

• Taking the lead and being madams go to person on the ground when in residence.

• Lead the food and beverage service to the principals and guests with the assistance of the team. (Light cooking required on occasion)

• Co-ordinate and plan daily schedules for the principals. Making appointments in an out of the house, e-purchasing, menu proposals to suit the principles dietary requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards of the house ensuring regular inspections and reports are carried out monthly.

• Oversee the care of the principle’s wardrobes.

• Together with the Head of Operations, train and communicate daily planning with staff. Manage staffing rotas and holidays

• Responsibility for the overall care the animals on the property, especially care of family dogs whilst the principals are away.

• Monthly and weekly inventories of supplies and purchasing as necessary.

• Driving the principles and guests as required.
