I am a professional, qualified and experienced Chef who used to work during 10 years in various fine dining and Michelin stars restaurants in France and abroad.
Now I ve been working 5 years as a private Chef 4 within the Yacht industry and on private estates ( Geneva, Monaco, Chalets in the Alps) as well.
My style of Cuisine is healthy and all about cooking with fresh ( organic, quality ingredients) products from local markets. I am very specialized in Mediterranean ( from Spain, to Lebanon) cuisine, but also really like Asian, fusion specialities.
I m used to adapt my skills to any kind of diet, allergies, or preferences.
