Hi there, my name is Felicity and I am looking for a position in Paris. I have always been a babysitter growing up around a lot of children, and started working as a nanny when I started university. I really enjoy working with children and find it very rewarding.
Some of my duties in my previous nanny roles included:
- Getting ready for school (bathed, dressed, fed, school lunch made)
- Drop off and pick up at school
- Taking the children to their extra curricular activities and supervising them
- Assistance with homework / tutoring
- Cooking healthy meals for the children and family
- Age appropriate games and educational activities planned and facilitated by me
- Sole charge of the children overnight and over the weekends when the parents have gone away
- Travelling internationally with the children and managing them on flights, in fine hotels and restaurants, long car rides.
- Exploring the city and culture at museums, aquariums, zoos
- Playing sport with the children and teaching them about Australia
Some of my duties in my role as a personal assistant have included:
- Managing all phone, email and social media communication
- Handling all client enquiries and managing her personal and professional diary
- Calendar management and scheduling all appointments
- Taking meetings and appointments with clients when she was unavailable
- Putting together presentations, design schemes, finishes and materials boards for her presentations
- Sending out invoices and following up outstanding invoices
- Liaising with suppliers for drop off and pick up of goods
- Personally driving goods to and from suppliers when we were on a tight timeline
- Running errands such as collecting dry cleaning, collecting lunch, picking up packages and going to the post office
- Collecting her children from school and supervising them in the office
