Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Alfio Alessandro Sciacca, Italian with an international background, having lived in the UK for almost 10 years. I have worked as a Facilities Manager for a British International School in Rome for almost 4 years focusing on maintenance, budgeting, projects, events and operations management. At SGS I was accountable for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities (both in-house and outsourced) as well as concierge, security, cleaning, green management, pest control, waste disposal. This included managing the personnel belonging to the Department and external companies/suppliers/vendors. Before joining the School I used to work for Onefinestay (Accor) in the luxury hospitality industry. I was their Operations Manager for Italy and I used to manage 110 high-end homes in Milan, Rome, Florence and Costa Amalfitana. This role also included concierge and service management in order to provide the best experience to our demanding clients. I have a strong passion for sport, especially football (coaching), crossfit, snowboard and windsurf. Ibiza has been my second home since 2012 and I am trying my best to move there for good.
