Native from the French Pyrenees, my cooking passion, probably comes from my childhood. With both of my grandmother’s cooks and a dad’s Chef, I always been surrounded by good food and good products from the grandparents farm. After my studies in Hospitality, I knew I wanted to cook and travel to learn and discover the cuisine from different Chefs.
Starting my path in Michelin starred restaurants in France, I finally moved for several years in New-Zealand where I have been working in the top 10 luxury lodges in the country.
Cooking has always been a « bubble » for me and my creativity is highly inspired by the nature.
Sensitive and eco-conscious, I like to share a story in my plate where the product is key.
