C., for the French and Irish Embassies for 11 years, an Executive Travelling Chef on yachts for 3 years, and, most recently, working as a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth families between Canada and the Bahamas over the past 5 years.

I have extensive knowledge of dietary and health trends and excel at quickly adapting to new recipes, preferences, and requests to create an ideal dining experience.
