Beside my solid educational background a the École Ritz Escoffier in Paris and my professional experience in some of the main palaces in France and Luxemburg, I am very passionate about my job. I strongly believe, and most of the times I joke while I cook with my friends, that the main ingredients of any recipe is cooking with love and passion beside the quality of ingredients, professional preparation and technique.
