I have extensive experience in the luxury hospitality onboard yachts as Chief Stewardess/ PA and land based villa Housekeeper. Few years ago I have taken over ITA Interior Training Academy and I am accredited Yacht Stewardess Trainer under IAMI GUEST UK organisation offering the higher standards of training for yacht crew and land based employees on various fields such as: housekeeping, laundry, silver service, flowers arrangements, cigar & caviar training, food and beverage service, leadership and management training.
I work well under pressure and understand how beneficial great leadership and management are as part of the important tools when managing a team. In the past three years I have taught my students Leadership, Management, Human Resources and Well being; I am happy to see amazing results at the completion of the training. My students come back to me with updates on their management skills that I am very proud to see how successful they are on applying the tips and knowledge they have accumulated during my classes.
I speak fluently English, French & Italian and have been living in France for over 13 years. I hold an UE passport and French criminal record check which I have attached it to this email. I live in Antibes but I am willing to relocate closer to Monaco if any great job opportunity arises. I have lived in Roquebrune Cap Martin few years ago and I know the area very well.
