We are looking for 2 people (ideally a couple) to assist the House manage to take care of the maintenance of a property of 8 rooms (1'200 m2) with land in Saint-Tropez.
The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
External maintenance:
• Ensures with the property manager the good maintenance of the property, assists in a deep, daily and careful cleaning of the home in collaboration with the other team members. Refreshing & beautifying the home, disinfecting & descaling the residence
• Good knowledge and use of cleaning products for the home
• Assists the property manager in managing the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa exteriors, technical maintenances, security, pool & jacuzzi, tennis, . . .
• Various tasks to maintain a good organization in the house: ensure the proper placement of terraces, bath accessories and furniture.
• Ensuring quality of service and doing everything possible to ensure that the family's standards are met.
• Serving at receptions: setting the table, welcoming guests, serving meals, cleaning kitchen equipment, organizing receptions, assisting the Chef.
• Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained (cleanliness of vehicles, full of gas, oil, inflated tyres, . . . ), equipped with the appropriate materials (wakeboard, . . ) according to the needs of the owners and that the garage remains clean and tidy.
• Various occasional driver/valet assignments may also be requested
Internal maintenance:
• In charge of the daily and careful cleaning of the house. Refreshing & beautifying the house, disinfecting & descaling the residence
• Good knowledge and use of cleaning products
• In charge of washing, ironing and tidying the household linen and the family's clothes, stain removal and drying, sewing work, tidying the dressing rooms
• Polishing silver, copper and crystal
• Taking care of noble materials
• Help to keep stocks up to date: food shopping, purchase of cleaning materials, household products, etc.
• Ensuring quality of service and doing everything possible to ensure that the family's standards are met.
• Serving at receptions: setting the table, welcoming guests, serving meals, cleaning kitchen equipment, organizing receptions, assisting the Chef.
