Brought up in a classical upper middle-class family & environment, I have been infused both by ethics, civic behavior and the importance of keeping one’s free will; i. e. minding the other and knowing he is there, even when walking on his toes!

Professionally, I revealed a strategic Planner's DNA. At times Lifestyle Manager, aka accountable & responsible for her fate. Lately acted as Residential Property Manager.

Schooled in business in a non-conformist way (here & abroad): thriving on the ping-pong nature of the mutual challenge & liking interactive leadership and perspective. Core skill or DNA: strategic planning. Precise communicator, strategic planner, enabler through ingenuity-genuineness. Well-read, well-traveled strategist, who has contributed to build entities and mitigate risk in regions of volatile high risk, emerging markets.
To do so, I have attempted to streamline efficiencies and processes, coached & trained my teams, improved retention, and sometimes increased KPI’s and profitability by expanding business, to introduce and/or build brands.

I am a well-read, well-traveled, and highly experienced professional who has worked in advertising, marketing and communication for over three decades. I had reached a level in the industry that allowed me to manage and lead both people and projects with a genuine sense of responsibility and accountability.

However, as I went along, I discovered also why I had always loved markets… Basically because they are about people interacting, moving, fussing, buying, getting emotional, arguing, exchanging, and operating from their own context.
These discoveries have had two determining effects on my professional path; on the one hand I have developed portable skills as well as a dedication to end results whatever involvement is required; and on the other hand my experiences in these diverse and complex environments has enhanced my ability to mentor and become a communicator, able to share and to optimize know-how, spirit, and ethics.

Over the years, I have retained a thirst for adventure and a curiosity for everything I have not yet done, which I find still more alluring than things I know. My natural curiosity has enabled me to discover, grow and thrive in many different cultures and surroundings by leading a professional life with an open mind. With this in mind, I’d love and have always loved to re-locate as it is the best way to decode and understand different cultural mindsets.

If I were to define my key personal attributes, I would highlight my ability to structure, nurture, empathize with, involve and understand people; always eager to see those on my watch grow, and while doing so ensure my own personal growth as well.

Although more of a contemplative than an exuberant participant, yet passionate, as already mentioned, I am captivated by people. The way they operate and interact, and how they achieve excellence and performance, which has enabled me to achieve some results when taking over a group or a team, i. e. when troubleshooting, or simply taking over!

Although not a social media freak, I am ‘interested’; sometimes captivated, and at other times flabbergasted by social networks’ influence, their interaction, the way they impact on people and brands and force them out. The way they ‘manufacture’ & fragment new target audiences, the way they redefine zones of influence and prescriptions; in fact, how they impact, not only the entire strategic marketing approach, but our whole society, from acquiring information, without question, to motivate decisions, sometimes too fast, and inspire action, not always relevant!

Alongside my professional journey, I have lived fully as a working mother and as a caring grandmother. Recognized as an excellent cook and generous host, I have always kept my doors open, welcoming people around the table. These personal roles have reinforced my ability to nurture, empathize, and connect—qualities that naturally extend into the way I lead, mentor, and build teams.

Having said all that, my preferred job is to run a small or medium-sized unit, i. e. be allowed autonomy, independence, in whichever market category with a preference for any segment that calls for a diversity of functions and encounters.
