I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible people person with a passion for providing exceptional
service and building strong relationships. I have just completed a second ski season and I am excited to continue
working in France or Switzerland. Before the start of this season, I was coached by the École Hôtelière de
Lausanne, widely regarded as the world’s best hospitality school. I have worked two ski seasons, where I have
provided top-class service to a range of UHNW guests. I dealt with a similar clientele during my time at Adare
Manor 5* Hotel, which was awarded the Number One Resort in The World in 2022. I am always looking to upskill,
which is why I completed the Orchard Cookery Schools Chalet Host course before I departed for the mountains. I
also spent time in 2023 working as a Summer Camp Counsellor in the USA, which provided invaluable people
skills that will benefit me hugely in the future. I have a love for everything hospitality, and thoroughly enjoy working
with people.

Bramble Ski is a luxury chalet company specializing in providing high-end ski holiday experiences in some of the
most exclusive resorts in the Alps. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality, combining
luxurious accommodations with bespoke concierge services and gourmet dining experiences.
With Bramble, I worked on Haute Montagne bookings, which is their most luxurious package. In my role as a
Chalet Host, I provided top-class service to diverse guests across several luxury chalets.
Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out breakfast service, afternoon tea service, and dinner service every day.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests on request.
• Making cocktails on request.
• Assisting chefs with breakfast and dinner preparation.
• Presenting myself immaculately.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Beverage Assistant so I could gain more experience in a high-pressure environment before I began my second ski
season.
