Chefs, 3-Michelin Star. In addition to my solid French cooking foundations, I am skilled in
Mediterranean Oriental and Asia flavors, with a flair for fusion cuisine, and interesting dietary dishes.
My qualifications give me expertise in cooking, pastry, baking. I have had the honor of serving
Princes, Princesses of Monaco, President of Gabon in London, and some Lords.
I hold a Culinary Arts Degrees recognized in the United States.
