Duties and Responsibilities
• à la carte food preparations as customer requirements.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Live cooking, preparing salads & dressing.
• Prepare mise-en-place to ingredients and tools for daily
operations.
• Support senior chefs with cooking tasks.
• Label, date and store food items according to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food handling areas.
