Born in Germany from Sicilian parents, grown up in Parma, Italy, I lived surrounded with a big family and friend were always around, sharing food was the philosophy. I learned my love for food through my mother and mastered my skills first in traditional and casual restaurants, then by luck and hard work I had the chance to work with fantastic chefs, once I moved to London I met multicultural flavours and colours that brought me to travel the World. I love to make people happy and cooking is my media. i believe in team work and be able to help younger chef to learn new skills, at this point I have a wide range of experience and knowledge to share. In my years at the London Hilton In Park Lane I had the opportunity to work for is Holiness the DALAI LAMA where I learn the importance of sustainable eating, that changed my idea of food and since them I try to combine the visual pleasure and the need of life through food
