After a few years of being a yacht Executive Travelling Chef and an Embassy Chef in Washington D. C., I have had an amazing land-based experience between the Bahamas and Canada. I have worked and provisioned in the Maldives, Tahiti, Alaska, Florida and in the Mediterranean where I have gained a wide range of experiences in top culinary fields. My diverse exposure, ability to learn and adapt and creative thinking it has made me the chef, colleague, and employee I am today.
I enjoy playing within the boundaries of modern and classical cuisine, plating techniques, and injecting subtle twists and refined nuance. With an excellent knowledge of dietary and health trends, I can quickly adapt to new recipes, preferences, and overall requests to make one’s experience as pleasant as possible.
I approach every day as an opportunity to learn and expand my creative cooking. I take pride and pleasure in my work and strive to display that feeling with each meal and plate served. With the objective of creating a positive synergy between the owners, crew and food provided, I am an enthusiastic team player that ensures harmony between the team and myself.
I am now seeking a full-time Private Traveling Head Chef position. I am determined, flexible, mobile, motivated, and resilient. I am passionate about developing new recipes and growing in and out of the kitchen by serving others. I hope to find a position in which I can portray my full potential.
