Our client in the South of France is looking for a new House Manager/PA to oversee the daily operations and management of their estate in Ramatuelle.

In this role, you will be actively responsible for ensuring that the Principal’s property is maintained and kept in the highest possible standards at all times.
This is a large property with 11 staff employed both internally and externally, so candidates interested in the role must be able to demonstrate experience in handling larger household teams.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, and establish routines with the current team to ensure that these are met
Handle household accounts, budgeting, and inventory management
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure effective communication among the team
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the property is well-maintained and secure
Manage household inventory
Arrange travel and transportation for the Principal
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
Protect the privacy and security of the household and its members

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience as a House/Estate Manager and/or Personal Assistant for a minimum of 3+ years for UHNW clients of Family Offices
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Valid driving licence, and confidence in driving ability
Must have the right to work in the EU
