Providing highest standards of service, cleanliness and management of infrastructure. Controlling all daily financials aspects. Creating and managing a team of staff to assist in this process whilst ensuring a calm and organised household.
Key Responsibilities :
. Manage daily expenditure with accountability and relevant paperwork to be submitted on a monthly basis
. Co-ordinate and plan daily schedules for the principals. Liaising between personal assistants for diary management.
. Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards of the house ensuring regular inspections and reports are carried out monthly.
. Recruit, train and communicate daily planning with staff. Manage staffing rotas and holidays.
. Provide food and beverage service to the principals and guests with the assistance of the team. Cook basic family meals.
. Responsibility for the overall care of family dogs whilst the principals are away and regular vet appointments.
. Manage, monitor and pay suppliers on a monthly basis
. Monthly and weekly inventories of supplies and purchasing as necessary.
. Driving the principles and guests as required.
. Must be adaptable, hands on and prepared to mulit-task in all areas
. There would be 3 staff to manage. 1 cook, 1 housekeeper, 1 Driver/butler.
Currently this is a live out position, although there maybe nights that you maybe required to stay in the house over night to look after the doggies when the principles are away.

Type of Position: Full time, permanent position
Working Hours: Flexible working hours required in line with the principals schedules. Two days off a week.
