Private Villa Gardener
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Gardener to join the team at a private luxury villa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily care, upkeep, and beautification of the villa’s extensive gardens and outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities include:
• Regular watering, planting, weeding, and pruning of flowers, shrubs, and vegetable gardens.
• Upkeep of trees (light pruning, observation of tree health); professional arborist experience is a plus but not required.
• Seasonal planting and garden preparation (spring/summer/fall).
• Lawn care, basic irrigation system checks, and minor outdoor repairs as needed.
• Keeping garden equipment clean and well-maintained.
• General support and anything else the Principal’s may require on the outside grounds.
Profile sought:
• Previous experience in private households, estates, or luxury properties preferred.
• Solid knowledge of plant care, seasonal cycles, and general garden maintenance.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively.
• Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
• Knowledge of organic and sustainable gardening practices appreciated.
• Respectful of animals and nature.
Conditions:
• Full time
• Live in role – room available on the premises
• 3000 net.
• Start date: ASAP
