Live-in Gardener – Full-Time – Private Estate – St Tropez
Location: St Tropez, South of France
Salary: €3, 000 net per month
Accommodation: Live-in (private room provided on the premises)

Overview and Opportunity
A private estate in St Tropez is seeking a skilled and dedicated Live-in Gardener to join on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working within private households, estates, or luxury properties, and will take pride in maintaining the grounds to an exceptional standard throughout the year.
Key responsibilities
Regular watering, planting, weeding, and pruning of flowers, shrubs, and vegetable gardens
Upkeep of trees, including light pruning and monitoring tree health (professional arborist experience is a plus but not essential)
Seasonal planting and garden preparation for spring, summer, and autumn
Lawn care, basic irrigation system checks, and minor outdoor repairs as needed
Keeping garden tools and equipment clean and well-maintained
General outdoor support and any other tasks required by the Principals to ensure the grounds remain in excellent condition
Candidate profile
Previous experience in private households, estates, or luxury properties preferred
Solid knowledge of plant care, seasonal cycles, and general garden maintenance
Able to work independently and proactively manage day-to-day tasks
Discreet, reliable, and with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with organic and sustainable gardening practices is appreciated
Respectful and mindful of animals and the natural environment
