Prepare simple, family cuisine made with seasonal regional products
Ability to propose menus
Perform food classes and other supplies
Table dressing and non-formal table service
Reporting technical problems or malfunctions related to ownership
DIY (small repairs)
Garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, clearing, leaf collection. . . )
Property monitoring
Terrace and garden furniture maintenance
Relationship with external service providers, suppliers and craftsmen
Vehicle maintenance (interior and exterior)
Vehicle maintenance log tracking
Management of purchases and expenses (bookkeeping with supporting documents)
Owner reporting
