My culinary background combines a Mediterranean foundation with a deep appreciation and practical knowledge of global cuisines, including Japanese, Asian-fusion, Middle Eastern and healthy-oriented dishes. This has allowed me to craft menus that are both refined and accessible — ideal for discerning private households that value quality, variety, and subtlety without unnecessary extravagance.
Having worked in diverse settings — from yachts and villas to private homes and catered events — I am used to adapting quickly to different kitchens, ingredients availability, and household rhythms. I manage all aspects: menu design, sourcing produce (often seasonal and high-quality), mise en place, cooking, service and kitchen organisation afterward, always with a calm, professional attitude and complete respect for privacy and household protocols.
In addition to my culinary work, I have training in herbalism, Ayurvedic and functional nutrition, which enriches my approach: even when no special dietary restrictions are given, I naturally lean toward cooking in a way that supports wellbeing — balanced, nourishing, flavourful and light when appropriate.
