- Answering queries and resolve concerns of the guestsand clients.
- Managing food service, room service and cleanliness tasks.
- Supervising teams of 4housekeeping and room service members.
- Restocks the mini-barwith the guest preferred drinks.
- Escorting the guests onshopping trips and Excursions.
- Anticipating the guest’sneeds and fulfil all guest requests with
apparent ease.
