Fluent in English and French, Mr. Bertrand has obtained Master degrees in International Law and International Business while attending universities in the United States of America and France. His academic achievements and professional accomplishments are a testament to his commitment to success in addition to his lifelong political passion.
Mr. Bertrand’s political interests ensure he is very well informed and current regarding local and international news. Some of his other personal interests include travel, equestrianism, squash, and, more recently, golf.
