LAND BASED EXPERIENCE

Butler/household manager for an UHWNI family - Innsbruck, Austria - 2 months
General household management 5500 square meters mansion, team of 14 : open the house,
check common areas, and ensure cleanliness and order. Monitor the household’s daily
operation and address immediate concerns. Personalized service: greet and assist
household members or guests. Serve meals, from time to time cooking, drinks (including
cocktails), and refreshments as per preference. Household Staff Coordination: (16 staff)
oversee cleaners, gardeners, chauffeurs, or chefs to ensure the day runs smoothly. Ensure all
staff are completing assigned duties. Inventory and Maintenance: check inventory of
household supplies and manage replacements. Ensure the property’s condition, coordinating
minor repairs. Review stock levels of wine cellars, pantry items, or toiletries and restock.
Errands: handle errands such as shopping, deliveries, or other personal tasks. Security checks:
ensure doors and windows are secure and check the functionality of security systems.
