Yes my background is chef but I had a great experience in estate
environment. I worked for some very wealthy family, including 25 staff(4 chefs, 4 butlers) at the
house full time and traveling with the principal.
My yachting experience will be a great plus to the demands of the VIP clients.

In my great chef experience I've learned so much every day I am still very keen to in different
departments.
Today I am looking very much for this kind of transition, I'm not scared too work hard but I've

arrangement, table settings and five stars service. I am skill to directing, training and
supervising junior staff. Good knowledge of French wine.
I am certified, safety awareness first aid, personal survival techniques, basic fire fighting
and personal safety & social responsibility. Level 2 award in food safety, US and
European driver license.
