My name is Salvatore Maiorano and I would like to introduce myself to you, I am a highly experienced International House Manager, I have worked for a high profile family in large properties in London, France, Italy and the USA.
Throughout the course of my career I have run and manage multiple properties worldwide simultaneously, coordinating the day to day operations, maintenance programs, extensive wardrobe management, staff schedules, budgeting, food/alcohol stores, super yachts, private jets and helicopters.
My initial training at the world-famous Savoy 5 Star Hotel in London and Guest services Manager at ME London, has enabled me to deal with any challenge faced in a calm, efficient and highly effective manner. I have the vast knowledge of all departments and areas within Hotels from housekeeping, dining, managing large staff teams, which can translate to running a home efficiently, to a high standard.
I have experience in managing large multinational teams of staff, meticulous in training teams to work to very exacting standards and writing extensive house manuals, which help run a home efficiently.
I have been on TV and had articles written about my knowledge of luxury goods and services, which I bring all my knowledge and expertise to a new role.
