I come with over 5 years solo Chateau Management experience and over 20 years experience in Event and Tourism management. I currently live in the Gard region in France. The property I manager is an 18 bedroom, 2 hectare chateau with pool and separate seminar/wedding venue. I am responsible for the day to day management, budgeting, website and guest bookings, concierge. Hiring and managing staff and third party suppliers. I ensure the property is maintained at its optimum, and am the main point of contact for all guest. I pride myself on my hands approach and my inexhaustible work ethic. I speak French, German and English fluently. My fabulous business acumen enables me to deliver exceptional and discrete service to both clients and owner of the property. I also act as a personal assistant for owner on a 24/7 basis when they are in Europe. I have created and operated two successful international tourism companies, thus fully understand the need to balance a high level of service while generating increasing revenue and ensuring expenses are kept to a minimum. All without compromising the property or service. The Chateau is currently for sale which has led me to seek other opportunities. I am applying for solo positions, however it is possible to be considered as a couple with my partner, who acts as a stand in for me when required.
