My career began in the Principality of Monaco, at a luxury hotel, where I served as the personal assistant to the owner and founder while also holding the position of Food & Beverage Manager. For 12 years, I oversaw all F&B departments, developing strong skills in management, organization, and delivering high-quality service to a demanding clientele. This experience laid the foundation for my expertise in high-end environments.

Subsequently, I had the opportunity to expand my skills internationally and in diverse settings.

Estate Manager: Complete management of a 6, 000 m² villa, one of the most prestigious in Hong Kong. Responsible for all property accounts and staff management within a high-standard environment tailored to an Asian clientele.

House Manager and Butler: On the French Riviera, I worked with Eastern European clients, autonomously managing a small team. Duties included table service with meat and fish carving, live cooking, organizing events, and wine tasting for private gatherings.

Head of Services at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes: Delivered high-end services to a Middle Eastern clientele, with expertise in royal family protocol.

Private Chef: Specialized in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, providing tailored services for a European clientele.

Undertook replacement missions as a private driver, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

From then on, I was able to refine my skills in budget management, daily report writing, and anticipating needs. I excel in team management and daily organization. My experience with diverse and discerning clients (Balkans, Russia, Middle East, Asia, and Europe) allows me to adapt quickly to their expectations while ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
