This is a little resume of our professional life:
We are today in a position of Guardians-Couple, but also Handyman and Executive- Housekeeper, in a large property (12 hectares) in Grasse, for a German family, we are here since nearly 7 years now.
But we still don’t think that the employment we have is the “Perfect Match” to finish our carrier.
Our skills here are very large, and we think It would be suitable to discuss of the exact mansions of what we are doing in this property, but not in a detailed way, there are 4 villas, 3 swimming pools with pool houses, à Barbecue house, even a small Chapel and a kitchen garden that Biagio let grow with some flowers, to show it better, but with a generous Bio production. We take care of several hens to have fresh coloured eggs and a pond with many old big carp, but also daily the German Shepperd.
He takes care of the cars of the domains and follow the repairs (when needed) of any outside contractors, trying to have always the best rate for the best quality items.
Rachel is in charge and oversees (because another lady is employed, to help) of keeping the different houses in an immaculate way, and prepare some lunch or dinner when the principals or guests arrives, also breakfast in the morning.
Rachel keeps all the spaces like refreshed anytime is possible. She makes some beautiful flowers arrangements. Of course, any special demand on errands to buy, she also has the knowledge of maintenance of parquet, or marble, and have the sense of the detailed wardrobe maintenance with wool, linen, silk.
Of course, a lot more is done daily, but our view is “we can try to do it better”
