We are an Italian stable couple, working together since 4 years.
We are living in Switzerland, managing a luxury private chalet on the Swiss Alps. In our current work we respectively cover the roles of Manager/Private Chef and Host/Housekeeper.
We are the solo staff working in the establishment. Taking care of all aspects of a professional private household.
Our duties include:
- Direct contact with High End Clients
- Assisting clients with baggages and ski equipments
- Creating high quality menus designed and studied based on dietary and nutrition needs of the guests.
- Cooking and serving fully catered service up to 12 guests (breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and dinner)
- Housekeeping
- Front of house
- Grocery shopping
- Little laundering and ironing for the principals
- Overseeing the day to day running of the property
- Working closely with vendors, technicians and landscapers
- Taking care of minors maintenance as lighting, painting and plumbing problems
