Filippo TAWIL

For 17 years, I have worked as a professional and passionate chef, creating
innovative cuisine concepts, consulting internationally and teaching classes in
various styles of cooking.
I have a strong passion for healthy and exciting wellness cuisine that is
influenced by the Mediterranean, Asian and South American styles of cooking.
In all these styles, I bring my personal and well-known aesthetics and flare to
create dishes that are both exciting to look at and incredibly healthy, flavorful
and nutritious.
To me, healthy food must always be exciting food! I have a strong passion for
creating all styles of cooking, including pastries that are both delicious and
healthy.
I work consistently in adherence to HACCP standards and manage kitchen
costs and teams of chefs and assistants. As part of my personal development, I
engage in various courses and I am constantly researching products and
concept development. I believe that the dishes I create tell a story of my passion
and my focus on excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
Cooking is my life’s great love, and I hope to continue to express that in
everything I create!
