I am a professional and experience chef with over
15 years background in the hospitality and catering
industry. I am passionate about food and kitchen
management, my career path spans a wide range
of professional experiences from fine dining and
Michelin star restaurant to exclusive 5 star hotels. I
love baking fresh sourdough bread, cooking
fish, vegan and all the International cuisine, i have a
real passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary
techniques.
My grandparents were chefs and I took most of my
passion from them.
