Seasoned Head Chef with over two decades of culinary experience, including more than ten years in France working within some of its most renowned Michelin-starred kitchens, and later leading a Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. Having recently transitioned into the luxury yachting sector, I bring a refined understanding of haute cuisine, global flavours, and tailored guest experiences. From orchestrating large-scale hotel banquets to crafting intimate Michelin-level tasting menus at sea, I consistently deliver exceptional, bespoke dining that exceeds expectations.
Expert in menu creation, dietary customization, and precise cost control, with a strong record of motivating and managing galley teams under demanding conditions. Defined by professionalism, discretion, and creative flair, I thrive in high-pressure, fast-evolving environments.
