I’m an experienced chef with over 20 years working in restaurants, cafés, and private kitchens across Europe and the Middle East. I’ve led busy teams, opened new concepts, and created menus inspired by French, Mediterranean, Asian, and modern European cuisine.
I’m comfortable adapting to different tastes and dietary needs, and I enjoy bringing creativity and calm professionalism into the kitchen. I’m fluent in English and Polish, speak some Russian, and easily fit into multicultural households.
I’m currently based in Warsaw but open to relocating to the South of France. I take pride in quality, organization, and discretion, and I’m always focused on delivering meals that feel thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully presented.
