Chef privé, Cuisinier

Yan DEGRAVEL

I began my culinary journey at the age of 14, training in the Pyrenees for several years to build a strong foundation.
Driven by a passion for fine dining, I later joined Louis XV - Alain Ducasse in Monaco (with a total of 13 Michelin stars), an experience that shaped my approach to gastronomy and excellence.

Eager to refine my craft, I spent a year mastering the art of chocolate and pastry under a skilled artisan.
This pursuit of perfection then led me to the Caribbean, where I settled on the island of Saint-Barthélemy. I initially worked in a five-star hotel, but as I gained experience and built a loyal clientele, I transitioned into private chef services. From that moment on, my focus became clear: crafting unforgettable dining experiences that turn vacations into dreams.

My culinary journey also brought me to work alongside highly skilled sushi chefs, who immersed me in the intricacies of Japanese cuisine. As a result, my cooking today is a harmonious fusion of French elegance and Asian influences, enriched by my travels and experiences.

Constantly seeking inspiration, I continue to explore the world through its flavors. I am currently working at a Michelin-starred establishment in New York, and I’m dedicating my extra time here for private chef services and exclusive events such as Thanksgiving, birthdays, New Year’s Eve, and more.

My mission? To elevate your dining experience with a personalized, gourmet journey—where every dish tells a story.
