With a robust educational foundation in Communication and Entertainment
Management from the International University of Monaco, complemented by my diverse
professional experience, I believe I possess the unique skills and qualifications to effectively
support and manage the dynamic needs of the role.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working in high-pressure, luxury
environments where precision, discretion, and a high level of client service are paramount.
My role as an Event Manager for the Giuseppe Sciacca Awards and the Who is Who Awards,
honed my abilities in event planning, logistics, and managing client relationships at the
highest level. I successfully orchestrated numerous prestigious events, working with an
international clientele, which further refined my communication and organizational skills.
Following this, I spent two years as the General Manager at Beautiful Watch Monaco, where I
played a critical role in overseeing operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring
the seamless execution of high-end watch events and sales. In this position, I developed a
deep understanding of the expectations and nuances of luxury brand management and
client service. My ability to manage multiple high-stakes tasks simultaneously, while
maintaining the brand’s prestigious reputation, directly translates to the skills required for an
UHNW personal assistant.
In addition to these experiences, I served as an Executive Assistant to an Ultra High Net-Worth
Greek Shipowner. In this role, I was entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, from
coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing confidential communications to
organizing private meetings and assisting with personal and business matters. This role was
particularly valuable in refining my ability to anticipate and adapt to a client’s evolving
needs, ensuring all aspects of their personal and professional life ran smoothly and efficiently.
Living and working in Monaco has also provided me with valuable cultural insight into the
expectations of clients in this region, and my fluency in both English and German but also
Italian, French and Greek allows me to communicate effectively with a wide range of
stakeholders. I pride myself on my ability to forge strong, trusted relationships, work
proactively, and ensure that no detail is overlooked.
