Concierge Brasschaat Belgium

We are looking for a Concierge for ou villa and garden in Brasschaat, Belgium. The should live in the area.

The general duties of the concierge are:
• Daily cleaning of the patio, cleaning patio tables and chairs.
• Daily cleaning of the garden, statues, caring for garden furniture and cushions during good weather, and perform other general garden maintenance work.
• Take out and bring in the trash on time.
• Clean gutters twice a year and clear leaves, branches, etc.
• Regularly checking outside taps, hinges and locks, etc. for proper functioning.
• Before the frost period, check in collaboration with the authorized contractor that all outdoor taps and garden taps have been protected or closed against frost.
• Keep the swimming pool inside the villa and sports area clean.
• Keep cars and bicycles and garden equipment in good mechanical condition and monitor and follow up service.
• Keep garage clean; keeping tools in order.
• Regular chauffeur work. (from time to time also in the evening and during the weekend)
• On request, during periods of absence of the family, look after the villa (internally).
• Supervise the work of contractors.
• Furthermore, all work that may occur
