About the role
The Security Assistant Manager supports the Security Director and actively participates in and oversees the day-to-day security operations of the property.
What you will do
Verify, draw up and update the company's internal procedures with regard to workplace safety, fire safety, security and anti-malicious acts.
Participate actively in meetings.
Continuously train and check the knowledge of security agents. Carry out regular knowledge checks with agents.
Analyze and evaluate the work of staff members, and submit annual appraisals within the deadlines set by the Human Resources Department.
Provide training for hotel employees (FSITP, evacuation, etc. ).
Communicate on a daily basis with other departments to ensure teamwork and professionalism.
Participate in recruitment interviews according to Four Seasons Quality Criteria and conduct Behaviour Based Interviewing.
Manage the team's schedules, respecting the legal framework and operational constraints, while optimizing one in relation to the other.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. The French certification “Carte Professionnelle” and SSIAP are required.

The room provided is either shared or single (for executive and night positions). For those wishing to find their own accommodation, a monthly housing allowance will be provided.
