ABOUT ME.
I am a multilingual personal ski and lifestyle concierge from Austria, experienced in working with international clientele in refined hospitality environments. For the past eight winters I have been based in Zürs/Lech am Arlberg, destinations known for exceptional skiing and a loyal clientele who value discretion and attention to detail.
Alongside ski instruction, I support guests throughout their stay by organizing restaurant reservations, coordinating activities, and helping create a seamless and personalized mountain experience both on and off the slopes.
Over the years I have built lasting relationships with returning guests who come not only for the skiing, but for the thoughtful rhythm and personal touches that make a winter season feel effortless and memorable. I have had the privilege of working with high-net-worth clients, including members of royal families, where trust, professionalism, and discretion are paramount. This experience has deepened my ability to anticipate needs and create experiences that feel seamless, personal, and exclusive.
Languages have always been central to my life. I have been fascinated by them since childhood, the sound, rhythm, and character that each language carries. Today I work fluently in German (motherlanguage), English, Spanish and I also speak Italian and Russian.
My professional and personal path has taken me across many parts of the world. Over the past seventeen years, I have lived, worked, and travelled across several continents, combining my passions for outdoor sports, languages, and intercultural exchange.
Much of my professional experience has been shaped through ski instructing. I spent eight seasons working in Austria in the Arlberg region, particularly in Lech and Zürs, and three seasons in Mount Buller in Australia. I also worked one season in Bariloche, Argentina, and another in Arslanbob in Kyrgyzstan. In Canada, I had the opportunity to experience heli-skiing in Valemount, British Columbia.
Alongside skiing, surfing has been part of my professional and personal journey. Over the years I have explored surf regions across the globe, including Australia’s east coast from Noosa Heads to Byron Bay and Torquay. I have surfed in Morocco around Imsouane and Taghazout, as well as along the coasts of Spain, the southwest of France, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. In Latin America, I spent time surfing in Mexico (Puerto Escondido and the Oaxaca coast), Costa Rica, Peru (Huanchaco), and Argentina (Mar del Plata). I have also travelled for surfing in Indonesia (Bali, Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, and Sumbawa), Italy (Levanto and La Spezia), the Azores, and Tulum in Mexico.
Throughout these years, I have lived in several international cities, including Melbourne, Buenos Aires, Lima, Bishkek, Barcelona, Valladolid, Graz, and Vienna. These experiences have allowed me to immerse myself in different cultures and languages while building an adaptable, globally oriented perspective both professionally and personally.
These experiences have shaped a strong sense of cultural awareness, adaptability, and an ease in connecting with people from very different backgrounds.
I am endlessly curious about the elements that make life beautiful. I am drawn to the small, cultivated pleasures that bring character to everyday experiences, argentine literature (I belong to an argentine book club), the evolving world of longevity and wellbeing, and movement in almost all its forms.
I also have a quiet passion for fashion and interior aesthetics, particularly places with atmosphere and intention, bars and restaurants where the lighting is low, the design thoughtful, and the coffee very good.
With an academic background in social sciences, I have always been fascinated by people, their stories, personalities, and the subtle details that make each individual unique.
