With more than 15 years of professional experience and a deep passion for my work, I have had the privilege of working for UHNWI families in the Superyacht Industry and nearly 3 years land based in Germany and Switzerland in luxury private villas. This varied experience has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set, enabling me to handle a wide range of tasks including: Safety and Security (Fully trained and certified as a Fire Fighter), general maintenance (polishing, painting, varnishing, cleaning and detailing, wood work, minor electric and electronic repairs, groundskeeping etc). I am a hard working and dedicated person, I love travelling and I am willing to travel and assist when needed. I am looking for a role preferably in a long-term position where my experience and abilities will be utilised. I have a great sense of humour, and I am honest, efficient and safety conscious. I am available immediately and eager to embark on a fresh and exciting career path.

HOUSEMAN / GROUNDSKEEPER FOR A SWISS FAMILY
Weiningen, SWITZERLAND
I joined this position with my ex-wife in Switzerland in a couples position where after 4 months of work we decided for personal reasons to separate permanently.
My duties included:
• Maintaining 3 properties in Switzerland including general maintenance of the houses and garages.
• Cleaning, assisting and detailing all exterior projects including minor repairs.
• Care for all plants.
• Assisting inside the home when required (helping with doing the beds, the kitchen, showers and toilets.
• Maintenance of the family cars (Refuelling and washing the cars)
• Dealing with contractors when needed.
• Monitoring the security, heating and water systems including minor repairs on all systems and equipment.

FACILITY MANAGER Hamburg, GERMANY FOR A GERMAN FAMILY
This was a couples position and a very challenging role as we, myself and my ex-wife had been working through the pandemic of covid 19. During the 6 months of lockdown the entire façade of the building needed to be repaired and painted which I had to fully supervise.
My duties included:
• Coordinating day to day facility management activities, supervising total a team of 16 technicians and painters.
• Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, groundskeeping and security.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating systems were well maintained. • Identifying concerns with facilities, including repair needs and major maintenance concerns.
• Grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing grass, trimming bushes, general gardening duties.
• Helping, when needed, interior staff with cleaning, detailing, vacuuming and dusting.
• Performed maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Scrubbed, top coated, buffed and varnished all interior wooden floors.
• General building security by locking doors and checking electrical appliances for safety hazards.
BOSUN 2nd Officer
SUPERYACHT INDUSTRY
I started as Deckhand/Steward and progressed to the position of Bosun and 2nd Officer working on private and charter motor yachts from 30m to 156m in length.
My duties included:
• Assisting the captain and chief officer in navigation, anchoring and docking.
• Delegating and teaching the deck crew how to safely operate all boat equipment and vessels.
• Overseeing and assisting guests in water sports.
• Tender runs both day and night for owners and crew.

NAVY COMBAT DIVER THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE NAVY
During this time, after the first three months of general training, I moved to the Navy Diving Centre Constanta (Romania), for Special Naval Combat Diving training in order to be part of the Combat Divers Unit. This was one of the most physically and mentally demanding trainings which gave me the ability to cope easily under pressure and difficult situations.
