A majority of my expertise revolves around identifying business opportunities, marketing, sales, writing and the English language. Some of the things I'm also good at relates to events management, customer service, people handling, administrative tasks, management and training. The rest of what I could offer can be categorized as adaptability, flexibility, creativeness, patience, respect, loyalty and honesty. I can manage any project well and I can collaborate with any type of team. I am a fast learner and I have impeccable adaptation skills in anything that I choose to perform. Most especially, I am resourceful and I have a sense of responsibility and purpose to take initiative when needed.
I have experience drafting marketing proposals and creating campaigns for my different clients, handling different types of documents and files, implementing rules and procedures depending on different client’s preferences, and everything in between. A great part of my chosen career is dealing with people like my staff, on-call professionals, project partners and clients, thus, making me more flexible in connecting with different characters from different walks of life. Through these varying interactions, I learned how to handle people at their best and also at
their worst. I learned to manage my time appropriately and to think creatively; and I became more adaptable to different situations. More so, I have been able to become more imaginative, artistic and resourceful with each and every event I have had.
I am full of dreams and aspirations so these things should fuel my passion even more in focusing on this decision of mine to pursue a career with your organization. My experiences as a small BPO start-up owner will be an asset to your organization as I can bring more to the table. My years of exposure in different industries have sharpened my business acumen for almost all types of business and have made me a person with deep level of business awareness.
I am a legal tax payer in the US through my Amazon Kindle; and as a small BPO owner, I am affiliated with a Texas-based BPO that I also manage on behalf of my US partner. I have just recently started studying cybersecurity via Udemy; this is a part of me that believes on daily growth and progress. To note a few, I have handled a UK escort service company way back in 2010; handling calls, sms, emails, website chats,
screening contractors, background checking, "booking", "after-sales" and tons of extra / ad-hoc tasks arising randomly. I have also had US clients in vacation rentals, debt collection, solar / renewable energy industry, GPS tracking / E-logs, medical billing, travel / airline booking, etc. -- currently handling a house cleaning company in the States, gaming vouchers for Asian market, and working on a commercial fishing project here in the Philippines that might take more than a year more to launch.
I believe in integrity, transparency, quality, reliability, camaraderie and honesty – these are the core values I thrive in.
