I am a French chef with over 20 years of professional experience across Europe and Asia, now based in Belgium where I run La Muchette, a private-chef and catering service rooted in local, seasonal gastronomy.

After earning my advanced diploma in hospitality and culinary management in France, I built my career in Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining establishments, developing a solid background in both classical and contemporary cuisine. My international journey led me to Southeast Asia, where I worked in renowned restaurants and luxury hotels in Bangkok, gaining expertise in refined fusion cuisine and multicultural kitchen management.

Back in Europe, I have continued to express my craft through bespoke private dining experiences, high-end events, and culinary consulting. My approach emphasizes technical excellence, ingredient integrity, and the art of simplicity.

Through La Muchette, based near Dinant and Namur, I also teach and train chefs and culinary students on themes such as sustainable cooking, zero waste, and modern kitchen organization.

Fluent in French and English, with basic knowledge of Spanish and Thai, I am open to international projects as a private chef, and private households worldwide.
