After two years in several restaurants : From Le Voilier (Cannes) to 1* Michelin restaurant, I
improved solid cooking skills.
I travelled around Europe and worked in Corfu Island (Greece) as a private Chef on Luxury Vilas for
many years. Now working in yachts
My Food is made with fresh local Products and lot of passion.
