My name is Julia and I’m a Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained chef originally from New York but have been in Paris for 3 years.
I earned my Degree in Cuisine, 2 pastry certificates, and Degree in Culinary Management during my LCB training. During that time I worked in several restaurants in Paris and after worked for a family focused meal prep company in NYC for 2 years. Following that I became a Private Chef in the Hamptons for seasonal high end clients.
My cooking is a blend of Mediterranean, Asian, and Italian style foods but am always open to a new culinary challenge. I focus on clean whole foods.
