A hotelier and restaurateur for 15 years, expatriated in five different continents like Asia, the Carribeans, North America, Europe and Africa. Working under the food and beverage department - mostly in services.
Married to an Executive Chef from an International Hotel Chain group who she professionally gained her knowledge, love and passion in cooking, mostly focusing on her cooking style- Pan Asian- Meditterenean, vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Recently, added her Kosher knowledge working with the HNW family for the season.
With her food curiosity and culture around the globe, she is as well involved in creating International menus ( Pan Asian, Mexican, Carribean, and others ) for her small catering business in Asia and in the south of France. Whereas, she co -owned, ran a restaurant at the hilly side of Saint Paul de Vence and unfortunate from closing down due to the Covid- 19 pandemic. Currently, offering her home chef services bi-weekly or long term while looking for a stable private chef service in a CDD or CDI position.
