I am Benjamin Dufour.
My mother tongue is French, I speak English and I also have a basic level of Italian.
My career started when I was very young, beginning like everyone else in various kitchen roles in restaurants and over the years and I also have many Michelin Star experiences in London in GreenHouse, Saint Tropez, Courchevel, Paris, Saint Remy de Provence and Mougins.
For the past 7 years, I have been filling roles as a Private Chef in Villas, Chalets, Yacht and Castle in permanent position and also as temporary for different clients.
For 3 years I worked for an UHNWI family in Belgravia, with 2 adults and 3 children and travelled with them to their residences in France.
After that I decided to work as Travelling Private Chef for seasons and so I had the opportunity to work with clients of many different nationalities and also in new cities discovering many culinary tastes and proposing them to my clients by letting myself be carried away by the place, make seasonal products and my creativity.
I am a dynamic person, organized with a lot of passion about seasonal products, I love to make Italian, French, Mediterranean Asian Food and more.
I love my job and especially creating good hospitality for my customers with my cooking and making their stay memorable.
