A private chef with over 10 years experience working in the world of gastronomy, with wide knowledge of international cuisines. I have worked as pastry chef, chocolatier, food photographer, recipe developer, marketing manager and private yacht/villa chef. I also owned and ran a pastry shop for 3 years in my home town of Rijeka. I'm currently studying at Academy of Healing nutrition, enhancing my knowledge in nutrition and holistic approach on food as medicine.
