We are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end private residence in Paris. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property management, particularly with technical and mechanical aspects. While the role does not require hands-on repair work, you will need to identify issues, liaise with contractors, and ensure that all aspects of the property are functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Property Oversight: Monitor the condition of the property, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. ) are operating optimally.
Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other service providers for maintenance, repairs, and scheduled work.
Issue Identification: Quickly identify and assess any maintenance or mechanical issues, and take the necessary steps to address them.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients during their stay, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that may arise.
24/7 Availability: Be on-call for any emergencies or urgent situations that may require immediate attention.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the property’s maintenance budget, ensuring all work is done within financial guidelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, repairs, and any issues that arise within the property.

Salary: From €36k gross annually + DOE
