An adaptable and experienced handyman is required to do the maintenance work on the villa.
Requirements :
• Experience in villa maintenance
• Fluent English/some French an advantage
• Electricity and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus
It is essential to have either EU nationality or the necessary working/residency papers for France.
Duties :
• Maintenance of the villa
• Installation and maintenance of the outdoor furniture
• Feed, take care of the 2 dogs, 5 cats and 2 parrots (including daily cleaning of the litter)
• Do some shopping for the family like household products
Compensation: €2500 net pm depending on experience
Schedule: 5 days / 40 hrs per week (usually 07:00-16:00). Days off are Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday in alternance with the gardener.
