Luxury and uniquely located 5 Bedroom B&B, within close proximity from Saint-Emilion, is looking for passionate and service oriented individuals or couple to assume operating responsibility. The ideal candidates should be well versed in all aspects of hospitality and willing to take a hands-on approach. Responsibilities shall include:
Living on site and taking full responsibility for the Estate & Maison d'hotes on behalf of the Owners.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the Estate and co-ordinate, when needed, part-time housekeeper and gardener.
Maintain remarkable client satisfaction and guest rating achieved so-far by being a genuine, attentive and caring host.
Handle the commercialisation strategies to optimise revenue generation
Interested in developing and launching activities for guests.
Capacity to develop a 'farm to table" table d'hotes.
Owners are passionate and very successful hight end hoteliers themselves
